This small downtown KC corner lot offered the chance to reimagine an underutilized space as a vibrant destination hub for the Crossroads.

Our team at Architect One crafted a mixed-use vision with dynamic office, retail, and event spaces designed to energize the neighborhood and showcase skyline views. From site analysis to flexible 2–6 story concepts—including strong street-level retail presence and an elevated rooftop venue—we explored ways to maximize the site’s potential while respecting its urban context.
