As Sprout Creative was growing from two to six staff members, the need to move to a larger space was apparent. Located on the second floor of 728 S Kansas Avenue in Downtown Topeka, Kansas, they found just that – a 1,650 square foot commercial office that would allow them to create a flexible space to suit their growing needs.

Merging the historical character and charm of Topeka’s past with modern stylistic preferences and Sprout Communications’ high-tech needs, an open collaborative office concept became the driving force of the design. The new windows allow for the natural light to flood the space illuminating the existing exposed plaster, stone, and brick walls throughout.
